Nnn Software LLC agrees to provide software solutions and associated services as outlined in the specific project proposal, statement of work, or subscription agreement. These services may include custom software development, implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance.
While we strive to meet all agreed timelines for delivery, implementation, and releases, software development is an iterative process. Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope changes, technical dependencies, or third‑party platform constraints.
Invoices for services and licenses are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Recurring subscriptions or support retainers are billed in advance of the service period. Late payments may result in a pause of work or suspension of access to software.
The client agrees to provide timely access to required information, systems, and stakeholders necessary to perform the services. Nnn Software LLC is not responsible for delays or issues arising from unavailable resources, incomplete requirements, or changes introduced by third parties.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the specific terms outlined in your contract or order form. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due and access to software or services may be discontinued.
